Recommended Use

CherryActive Concentrate

Mix 30ml (up to 60ml depending on size and/or training load) with 250-500ml water or add to your preferred post-workout powder/drink. Take within 20 mins of exercise, or with breakfast on rest days (try with smoothie or natural yoghurt).
